I spent weeks researching for a realtor and once I came across Samantha and her track record, I knew she was the one. I reached out and she responded promptly, and we have a new house in Tempe, AZ now for our college kids while we are stationed at Fort Knox, Kentucky. Her experience and wisdom got us our best price for our fit as a military family still elsewhere while our 3 grown kids finish medical school, graduate school and bachelors at ASU, GCU and Midwestern University. Samantha went above and beyond with facetime and scheduling appointments around our schedule. It was best process and less stress ever!

Samantha is truly one of a kind! Everyone knows a realtor but what sets Samantha apart from the rest is her genuine spirit and truly having your best interest at heart. No matter how tough life gets she will always put her clientele/friends/family before herself. She is honest and won't just sell you any place just to make a quick dollar. Samantha genuinely cares in finding you the perfect home! She is knowledgeable, resourceful, and able to accomplish more than other realtors because of how well respected she is in the community. I honestly can't say enough about Samantha and her beautiful soul! The world needs more people like her. I'm grateful I have had the pleasure of buying my first home with Samantha and now 9 years later selling it. I've experienced both ends of working with a realtor and Samantha was truly flawless from start to finish!

Samantha is awesome, she was there for my wife an I throughout the entire buying process. I would recommend Samantha to anyone looking to by a home here in the Valley. You can't go wrong with her!!!

Striving for the best is my motto in life and Samantha Nguyen has went above and beyond that expectation. Not only did she provide her knowledge in real estate, she gave us a different perspective on life and the future. She, also, has great negotiation skills and I can't even imagine the hoops she had to jump through to put us in our home. Lastly, I am thankful for her accommodations to our busy schedules where she reassured us that we were never a bother. We ended up getting a house that fit perfectly with our needs; it's almost surreal. I am glad to have found her for our first house and even happier to have her by my side for future projects.
